The Legal page on coritan.com holds the terms and policies for every Coritan service. The footer of the public website and the sign-in pages links to it from Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Acceptable Use. The wording on that page is what applies; this page says what each part covers and where to send questions.

Corporate Information

The company behind Coritan: CORITAN APAC LIMITED, registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under registration number 80728426, with its registered address. It names MCServerHost, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as the company that delivers services in the United States.

Privacy Policy

How CORITAN APAC LIMITED and its subsidiaries collect, keep and protect personal data, including the statement that they do not sell personal data to third parties.

Terms of Service

Each service is provided under a service agreement between the client and the Coritan company that provides it, and that agreement sets the service level agreement (SLA). The general terms are available on request during the sales process.

Acceptable Use Policy

The uses that are not allowed, which include breaking the law, spreading malware, attacking networks, sending spam, mining cryptocurrency without written approval and distributing illegal content. A breach can lead to immediate suspension of the service.

• When you create an account, you agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, as the sign-up form says (Create an account).
• A product you buy through sales, such as bare metal or colocation, comes with its own service agreement (Bare metal, colocation and IP transit).
