# About the Coritan platform

Coritan is a hosting company that owns the hardware, network and security platform its services run on. CORITAN APAC LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, runs it. The same platform runs other brands, such as MCServerHost, and the [organizations](/organizations/) that sell Coritan services under their own names.

This section is for anyone who wants to know where their services run, how traffic reaches them, what else Coritan sells, and which terms apply. The public [About Coritan](https://www.coritan.com/company) page describes the company, and its **Get in Touch** button opens the contact page ([Support](/support/)).

## How it is billed

What you order in the dashboard is billed from your account, as [Billing](/billing/) describes. For a product you buy through sales, the sales team writes a proposal with its price.

- Floating IPs and the address that comes with an instance are IPv4 addresses ([How the Coritan network works](/platform/network/#ipv6)).
